Yes, Blue Cat can spell – and has autocorrect turned on as well. So the title is not a typo.
What it is is very descriptive – Blue Cat went to the Dog Haus in Centennial, Colorado last week for lunch and, as the name implies, they use a lot of German words in their menu and advertising. And they sell some really good hot dogs and würst (sausage for those who don’t know any German).
Blue Cat had a Das Brat, which was a sandwich with bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and spicy brown mustard. All of the dogs and wurst are served on King’s Hawaiian rolls, so they’re sweet as well as spicy. And you can get a variety of sides (including Blue Cat’s absolute favorite – french fries).

All the food is excellent there, and the people working there were very nice. Plus there were a lot of amusing things to read while eating…
So if you’re in Denver and looking for a great place to eat, stop by the Dog Haus. The one in Centennial at 12023 East Arapahoe Road – so go visit them soon. You might even see Blue Cat there!
